Minimum 3 year of customer service or retail experience, preferably in the pawn broking or gold retail industry

Relevant experience working in GOLDSMITH or prior PAWNSHOP is an added advantage

On the job training will be provided if applicant has no relevant in the pawn broking industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina is an added advantage

Able to work 6 days 9am to 6 pm, sunday off day

Assist on day-to-day operations and to take on general administrative duties

Providing friendly and efficient customer service through various communication channels, including phone and in-person interactions

Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to our pawn broking services

Maintaining accurate records and processing customer transactions in a timely manner

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
