Job Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statement.
Prepare annual budgeting process, financial forecast and analyze monthly variances.
Oversees the chart of accounts, journal entries and account reconciliation.
Manage the month-end and year end closing processes.
Monitor daily cashflow positions, short and long term needs to ensure liquidity of the operations.
Oversees receivables (AR), payable (AP) and inventory management.
Manage banking relationships, line of credits, loans and financing activities.
Liaise with external and internal auditors and preparation of necessary schedules.
Finance department staff recruitment, supervision and evaluation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Experience in manufacturing, EMS, or multinational company environment is preferred.
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP Financial System.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Good leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
