任职资格
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in counter sales, customer service, or sales coordination is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
岗位职责
Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
Coordinate customer orders with the warehouse and delivery team.
Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Update sales records and perform general administrative duties.
Support the sales team with daily operations when required.
