Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification; Diploma or Degree is an advantage

• Teaching experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Passionate about teaching and loves working with children

• Patient, caring, responsible and enthusiastic when guiding students

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Mandarin is an advantage

• Able to work independently and manage a classroom effectively

• Able to commit to the assigned class schedule by the centre

• Responsible and punctual

• Willing to commit to a long-term teaching position

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tuition classes independently and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.

• Teach students according to the assigned syllabus, level and learning objectives.

• Guide students with homework, classwork and revision.

• Prepare supplementary learning activities.

• Adapt teaching approaches according to students’ learning needs and abilities.

• Monitor students’ learning progress, participation and classroom performance.

• Maintain a positive, supportive and well-managed classroom environment.

• Complete and submit a daily teaching report after each working session.

• Teach KSSR or Cambridge syllabus, depending on the classes assigned by the centre.
