Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline.

• Strong attention to detail, high personal standards, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.

• Hands-on, proactive, and dependable, with a willingness to take ownership of both routine administrative work and ad hoc project needs.

• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn about marketing, commercial operations, the pharmaceutical industry, and new product launch execution.

• Excellent command of English with good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to follow up professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed multinational company environment where prioritization, coordination, and compliance are important.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with online workflow, collaboration, or approval systems will be an advantage. Open-minded to embrace AI in daily work.

• Prior experience in administration, project coordination, marketing support, events, agencies, healthcare, or pharmaceutical operations is helpful but not mandatory.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, curious, and detail-oriented individual to join Pfizer’s marketing team as a Marketing Operations Executive. This role will play a critical role in marketing operations and administration, supporting the smooth execution of commercial activities, documentation, approvals, meetings, and cross-functional coordination. At the same time, it offers a valuable opportunity to learn how marketing works inside a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, including exposure to campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and working on marketing initiatives including for a new product launch. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, self-driven, and committed to delivering work with accuracy, ownership, and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and ownership.

• Prepare, track, and submit required documentation through Pfizer systems in a timely and compliant manner.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to navigate approval processes, material submissions, and project timelines on track.

• Support marketing content creation, including creating and adapting marketing materials, securing approvals, liaising distribution, and content management.

• Support external marketing events, including vendor management, pre-meeting coordination, event operations, and post-activity documentation.

• Assist with internal meeting coordination, including project administration, record keeping, follow-up actions, vendor coordination, and email documentation.

• Contribute to marketing operational readiness for new product launch.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
