Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lifestyle Concierge - Mandarin Speaker based in Singapore, with the work-from-home flexibility. The Lifestyle Concierge will assist customers with diverse requests, including creating thoughtful travel itineraries, arranging reservations, and curating tailored lifestyle services. Additional responsibilities include providing impeccable customer service, clear communication, and managing reception-related tasks as needed. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering extraordinary experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge Services and Reservations, with the ability to organize and curate unique experiences
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-focused roles is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences
