• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality in manufacturing.
• Experience in precision engineering / CNC machining is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Handle customer complaints, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor product quality, manage non-conforming parts and drive quality improvement projects.
• Conduct internal audits, management reviews and monthly quality KPI reporting.
• Train QC/QA personnel and liaise with customers and suppliers on quality matters.
• Support NPI, tooling improvements, cost reduction and quality system digitalisation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
