What you will do:

• Process daily clearing and settlement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support settlement activities, including trade matching, client fund deposits and withdrawals, settlement instructions (SI), corporate actions, IPO processing, and other CCASS operations
• Handle daily transaction bookings and ensure all trading activities are processed accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with custodians, brokers, and counterparties to resolve settlement issues
• Comply with SFC regulations and internal control procedures to maintain compliance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

To be successful you will need:

• HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of settlement, operations, or administrative experience (preferably in the finance industry)
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive with a positive work attitude
• Experience with Ayers Settlement is highly preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
