Student Management Support Personnel
Contract Period:
1 October 2026 – 30 November 2026
Working Hours:
17 hours per week
Location:
Singapore School
Job Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one mentoring and befriending support to students aged 7–14.
Support students with discipline and behavioural concerns.
Assist with motivational, educational and character-building activities.
Support basic fact-finding and information gathering for student incidents.
Assist with parent/guardian engagement on student discipline and development.
Support school staff with student management activities and related duties.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience working with families and children aged 7–14
.
Good interpersonal, communication and engagement skills.
Experience conducting motivational, educational or physical activities for children/youth is an advantage.
Patient, responsible and able to handle students professionally.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
