Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the successful operation of our restaurant. This role drives exceptional guest experiences and business performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance and exceptional guest satisfaction
Manage staffing by planning schedules, recruiting, training, and conducting performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, workplace safety standards, and licensing requirements
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management to optimize resources
Analyze sales and operational data to develop and implement strategies that meet revenue and profitability goals
Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to resolve issues and maintain positive relations
Foster a positive, productive, and customer-centric workplace culture
Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in hospitality management and team leadership
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales and operational performance data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage staff and customers effectively
