The HR Clerk will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full spectrum of HR
• Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
• Conduct staff orientation and exit interview for new joiners / departing employees
• Understanding of MOM Policies.
• Communicate with agents on various issues of foreign employees
• Responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of all workers personal records
• Administration of all work passes, and all documents required for each work site.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies and procedures applicable to Singapore labor market
• Assist in general administrative duties where necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement & Professional Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree
• Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
• Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
