Centre Sales Assistant

5 Days | 2 weekdays off 
$2000 to $2200 + Incentive Bonus

Requirements

• •    Certification in marketing, communications, hospitality, arts management, music or a related field.
• •    Interest in music or music education is an advantage.
• •    Must be able to work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday (2 days off days on weekday)

Key Responsibilities

• •    Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email and walk-ins.
• •    Assist parents and students with lesson information, trial bookings and registrations.
• •    Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
• •    Coordinate lesson schedules between students, parents and teachers.
• •    Assist with instrument sales, rentals and repair enquiries.
• •    Maintain accurate customer, student and sales records.
• •    Support payment collection, invoicing and administrative documentation.
• •    Assist with classroom preparation and the daily organisation of the academy.
• •    Support concerts, workshops, student activities and promotional events.
• •    Assist with social-media content, photographs and simple marketing materials when required.
• •    Perform other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
