Graduate Trainee Internship

We are looking for driven, motivated and entrepreneurial Year 2 and Year 3 university students who want to get a head start in their careers before graduation, or guys who ORD but would like a taste of the working world.

This is a 3-month experiential programme designed to give you real-world exposure to the financial industry, including business development, client advisory, recruitment and team management, while developing your leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

The programme is structured into 3 progressive phases:

Phase 1 — DiscoverExplore the industry, discover your strengths and understand the different career opportunities available.

Phase 2 — ExperienceGain hands-on exposure through real-world projects, advisory, business development and recruitment.

Phase 3 — ProgressIf you see yourself building a career with us, progress into our Graduate Trainee leadership pathway, where you can be mentored and groomed towards future management opportunities.

The programme is designed for you to experience before you commit.

At the end of each phase, you can decide whether you would like to continue or exit the programme if you feel it isn't aligned with your career goals.
