任职资格

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts

  • Strong understanding of IG, FB, XHS, TikTok, and Douyin

  • Basic content creation skills

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

岗位职责

  • Plan, create, and publish content tailored to each platform

  • Manage daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and formats

  • Monitor trends, sounds, and viral formats

  • Engage with followers and build community

  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports

  • Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams

  • Coordinate with influencers and KOLs when required

  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices
