We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at Ella Furniture Sdn. Bhd. If you are passionate about sales, confident in dealing with customers, and enjoy taking initiative to achieve targets, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Passionate, confident, and target-oriented

• Friendly, presentable, and comfortable appearing on live sessions

• Proactive with good initiative and willingness to learn

• Responsible and committed in handling assigned leads

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented

• Sales experience is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Working Hours: 10.00am – 6.30pm

Job Description

• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture based on their needs, lifestyle, and space

• Attend to walk-in and online customers and handle enquiries professionally

• Conduct live sessions to promote products and engage with customers

• Take ownership of assigned leads and follow up consistently until closing

• Prepare quotations and support the sales process from enquiry to closing

• Consistently work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat purchases and referrals

• Take initiative in following up on opportunities and improving sales performance

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual standards

• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
