• Job title: Accounts Executive

• Company: MNC | Tyres Manufacturing

• Location: near Bugis MRT (Central Region)
  

Responsibilities

• Handle AP reconciliation, invoice processing, vendor payments and AP entries.

• Manage GL, journal entries, accruals, prepayments and monthly closing.

• Prepare monthly management reports, accounts and budgets.

• Support internal/external audits and financial reporting.

• Assist with system/process implementation and ad-hoc accounting tasks.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; audit experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Good team player with project management abilities.
