Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Promoter to represent our home appliances and electrical products. The role involves engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, and supporting sales activities at the assigned retail outlet.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote home appliances and electrical products to customers.
• Approach customers professionally and understand what they are looking for.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and preferences.
• Explain product specifications, functions, pricing, and available promotions.
• Drive daily sales activities and work towards the assigned sales objectives.
• Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.
• Check product availability and assist in arranging or replenishing stock.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities where necessary.
• Maintain good communication with outlet staff and the assigned supervisor.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and outlet matters.

Requirements

• Sales, retail, promoter, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, approachable, and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Willing to learn about different home appliance and electrical products.
• Sales-oriented and able to work towards assigned targets.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to maintain a positive working relationship with outlet staff.
