Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: SGD $3,000/month + Performance Commission
Experience: Min. 2 years in sales or consumer products
Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Solar Residential Business Developer to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you will connect directly with homeowners across Singapore, educating them on the benefits of solar PV and guiding them through the journey from initial interest to a fully installed system.

What You’ll Do
Conduct cold calls and door-to-door canvassing at landed residential properties to identify and engage potential solar PV customers
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar PV systems and how they can generate their own electricity
Assess residential sites for suitability and feasibility of solar PV installation
Prepare proposals and administrative documents for submission to the relevant authorities
Coordinate closely with the installation team and Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) on project progress, and keep customers updated throughout
Provide responsive after-sales support to address customer queries and ensure satisfaction post-installation
Requirements
Minimum ITE, GCE ‘O’ Levels, or Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years of experience in sales or consumer products
Driven, outgoing, and comfortable engaging homeowners face-to-face
Able to work independently in a field-based role
Able to start immediately or within short notice
Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary: SGD $2,500 per month
Performance-based sales commission (uncapped)
