Operational Management: Manage daily operations independently while adhering to budgeted guidelines and maintaining store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food/beverages and resolve customer feedback and complaints efficiently.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, retain, and schedule staff members to ensure adequate shift coverage.

Sales & Inventory: Execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and oversee inventory management and stock counts.

Safety & Maintenance: Conduct regular equipment inspections and enforce compliance with F&B safety, hygiene, and Halal standards.
