We're Hiring: Business Development Senior Exec/Assistant Manager!

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients while driving business growth.

Role: Business Development Senior Exec/Assistant Manager

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with the Manager on business development planning, meetings, and execution.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.

• Engage customers to understand needs, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships.

• Support product development by providing market and customer insights.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and support negotiations and deal closures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and prepare reports for management.

• What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (tech industry experience preferred).

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work closely with management and handle multiple responsibilities independently.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

• SaaS experience.

Remuneration:
