Responsible for the safe, timely and professional delivery and collection of customer shipments in accordance with company SOPs, customer requirements and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Driver is responsible for accurate shipment verification, proper handling of shipments, vehicle safety and maintenance, timely status updates in the Mobile TMS application, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all delivery and collection activities within the agreed SLA
• Drive safely and comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Verify customer identity (Name/IC/Address) against the Delivery Order (DO) before releasing shipments
• Update all delivery/collection statuses accurately in the Mobile TMS application immediately after completion
• Handle all shipments carefully to prevent loss or damage
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects immediately
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure routine servicing is completed
• Communicate promptly with the Delivery Admin team regarding delays, route issues or customer requests
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Support weekend, public holiday or peak period operations when required
• Serve as backup for any assigned delivery routes as directed
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Delivery Supervisor/Assistant Manager, Operation

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with a pass
• Possess a valid driving license and GDL license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in the courier, logistics or transportation industry
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English both verbal & nonverbal
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) mobile applications is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Responsible, reliable, punctual and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to operational requirements
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays or during peak periods when required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
