Job Description

Job Overview

• Role Summary: Supports the production and quality control departments by managing daily administrative work, tracking output and wastage, filing inspection records, and coordinating cross-departmental workflows.
• Primary Work Environment: Office/plant floor hybrid or administration desk within manufacturing, food processing, or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Production Administration & Data Entry

• Handle daily production logs, data entry, and record-keeping for output, material usage, and wastage.
• Prepare, update, and maintain production reports, schedules, and spreadsheets (primarily in Microsoft Excel).
• Manage recipe sheets, bill of materials (BOM), ingredient costing, and product calculation data (common in F&B and manufacturing).
• Assist the Production Manager with general administrative follow-ups, stock tracking, and report generation.

Quality Control (QC) Support & Documentation

• Maintain and file QC/QA inspection reports, test results, and compliance logs.
• Track non-conforming products, rework records, or material rejection notes.
• Assist with preparing documentation for internal/external quality audits and regulatory checks (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP standards).
• Transcribe or log QC test measurements and forward quality trends to QA/QC supervisors.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise between Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments to resolve material or scheduling discrepancies.
• Coordinate incoming raw material deliveries or outgoing finished-goods paperwork with the warehouse team.
