We have the following position for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our Firm:

Job responsibilities:

• Support legal fee earners in the drafting, amendment, finalization of documents
• Provide transaction support to legal fee earners
• Manage timeline for each transaction/project and ensure smooth operation of the transaction/project.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law / Arts / Business, and Diploma holders in Law
• Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience
• Excellent and demonstrated PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
• A team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking, efficient and able to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
