Job Description
We are seeking a Management Consultant to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements across our freight forwarding and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will analyse business processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current operational workflows and business processes across freight forwarding, NVOCC, and logistics functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.
• Conduct data analysis on shipment volumes, cost structures, and performance metrics.
• Develop strategic recommendations and present findings to senior management.
• Support implementation of process improvements and technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Singapore and overseas offices.
• Prepare reports, business cases, and presentation materials for management review.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in management consulting, logistics operations, or business process improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
