Technical Knowledge and Skills

Able to read with construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Knowledge of quantity take-off, site measurement, procurement, subcontractor/supplier quotation evaluation, and cost control.

Assist with the cost estimates, quotations & BQ for Tender & Project.

Assist with the variation orders, progress claims, payment claims, and final accounts.

Project Coordination Requirements

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, work schedules, material deliveries, and project timelines.

Attend project and site meetings and follow up on action items.

Maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, quotations, and contractual records.

Assist the Project Manager / Contract Manager in ensuring works are completed according to the required scope, programme, quality, and budget.

Software Skills

Familiarity

with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Familiarity

with Microsoft Project.

Familiarity with Autocad

Personal Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
