Job Title: Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive

Basic Monthly Salary: S$2,000–S$3,200

Location: 9 Tuas West Street, Singapore 637449

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm
• 5.5-day work week

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including import/export documents, Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documents.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist customers with shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines and regulations.
• Arrange freight bookings and shipment schedules according to company requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Send shipping documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time.
• Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies, logistics partners and existing customers.
• Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.
• Support coordination with overseas agents and the development of new accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is preferred.

• Annual leave starts at 14 days and increases with length of service, up to 18 days.
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) at management’s discretion.
• Shuttle transport from an MRT station or bus station to the office can be arranged.
