We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Manager
to oversee the company's daily business operations, freight transportation activities, logistics management, and manpower services. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management, business development, workforce supervision, and ensuring efficient service delivery in accordance with company policies and Singapore regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and manage overall business operations involving freight transportation, logistics, and manpower services.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, service efficiency, and business performance.
Oversee daily transport operations, fleet management, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination.
Manage manpower planning, workforce deployment, employee performance, and operational staffing requirements.
Supervise department supervisors, transport coordinators, administrative personnel, and operational teams.
Develop business opportunities, establish client relationships, and negotiate service contracts with customers.
Monitor operational budgets, transportation costs, manpower expenses, and company financial performance.
Establish company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, workplace safety requirements, and applicable transport regulations.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, business partners, and relevant authorities on operational and administrative matters.
Review operational reports, financial records, and key performance indicators to support management decisions.
Identify operational risks, resolve business challenges, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Lead recruitment planning, employee development, performance evaluations, and workforce productivity initiatives.
Manage business expansion plans, customer service improvements, and long-term operational objectives.
Prepare monthly management reports and provide strategic recommendations to company directors.
