Role Overview
The Lead Strategist oversees key business, operational, and growth initiatives at Johwa. The role works closely with the Directors and internal teams to improve salon operations, develop new opportunities, and support the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Growth Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve salon performance.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
Explore corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and external stakeholders.
Operations & Policies
Develop, review, and implement salon policies and operational procedures.
Oversee day-to-day company operations and ensure processes are followed.
Monitor operational logs, records, and reporting.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Vendor & External Relations
Liaise with vendors and external partners on operational and business matters.
Coordinate and negotiate with external parties where required.
Ensure vendor relationships align with Johwa's business objectives.
Management Support
Work closely with the Directors on strategic planning and business initiatives.
Support the implementation of company-wide projects.
Take ownership of strategic and operational projects from planning through execution.
The newest Korean Luxury Hair Salon with Hanok (Korean Authentic House) that is located in Capitol Kempinski

You will be continually receiving one on one training in the highest level.
