Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage major structural engineering projects from design to delivery.
• Oversee design coordination, project planning, tendering and project control.
• Provide engineering solutions, technical guidance and design reviews for complex projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering design consultancy, with expertise in major building projects such as residential, commercial, institutional, high-rise and school developments.
• Proficient in structural design software and able to work under pressure with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of precast and prestressed concrete, steel structures, PPVC and MET is an advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical, project management and leadership skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
