Job Title: Senior Executive, International Business Partnership

About the Role

Reporting to the team lead, you will join a dynamic team focused on business development with foreign public agencies, associations, private entities, and universities with the aim to deliver results aligned to the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. As a Senior Executive in the International Business Partnership team, you will learn and grow through implementing various activities such as identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and engaging stakeholders to promote the IPOS Group’s suite of services.

Key Responsibilities

Executing go-to-market strategies and outreach plans for China and other regional markets

Conduct market research and compile intelligence reports to support strategicdecision-making

Implement stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining contact database

Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements

Preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral tailored to different audiences

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives or organisation-wide activities

Are you the one? Please write to us if you have/are:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, industry engagement, or related role

Experience in handling projects independently

Proficiency in a foreign language and familiarity with overseas markets and business cultures will be an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse stakeholders

Exhibit drive, ambition and resilience to drive innovation and business growth

Proactive and resourceful in identifying opportunities

Meticulous with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Proficient in presentation, data analytics and visualisation will be advantageous
