Job Scope

• Support the business to drive for continuous improvement by collecting requirements from the regions and business functions

• Gather, prepare user requirement and participate in business process re-engineer

• Work with project team to develop release of project schedules

• Assistant for UAT and test plan preparation

• Automate, simplify and improve report generation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Business related disciplines

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience

• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Access

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Experience in business reporting and analysis will be an added advantage

• Knowledge in writing Macro/SQL will be an added advantage

• Knowledge in Salesforces, Power BI, SAP, Celonis will be an added advantages

• Highly efficient, organized and self-disciplined
