Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, supervisors, subcontractors, clients and other relevant parties on site activities.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical requirements before commencement of work.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, inspection records and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for site activities.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings and inspections when required.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties regarding site progress, work arrangements and technical matters.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out activities where applicable.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
