Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle daily retail operations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

1. Friendly, responsible, and possesses basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

2. No experience needed, training provided.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Willing to learn and follow company procedures.

1. Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.

2. Assist customers with enquiries regarding products and services.

3. Handle daily retail counter operations and customer transactions.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and related documents.

5. Ensure the retail counter and working area are clean and organised.

6. Assist with stock checking and inventory management when required.

7. Follow company standard operating procedures and service guidelines.

8. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
