Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly HR Assistant to help us grow our team! You’ll support hiring across our operations, admin, and depot teams — from Drivers and Warehouse staff to Executives. No need to do it all alone, you’ll be part of a team that guides you.

What You’ll Do

• Hire great people: Post jobs, review resumes, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate: Set up interviews with department heads and keep candidates updated
• Welcome new joiners: Prepare offer letters, contracts, and help with onboarding
• Keep things organized: Update recruitment records and help track hiring progress
• Be a team player: Support orientation and make new staff feel at home

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field

Nice-to-have:

• 1-2 years in recruitment or HR admin — fresh grads welcome to apply!
• Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• People-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
