Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
Assist in planning and coordinating drivers, sales team and customers schedule.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Act as a liaison between the management and staff, relaying information, requests, and directives.
Maintain office files, both electronic and hard copies, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
Develop and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Ensure all sensitive information is handled with confidentiality.
Oversee and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
Handle office equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
Assist with other administrative tasks such as timesheets, and jobsites tracking.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up on pending tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Officially established on 1st May 2006, Legate is founded by Mr Leslie Foo who saw a changing trend in the daily life of humans and hence, the need to adapt their living environments to this trend.
Legate started from a humble beginning of 4 employees to a current strength of 48 employees and growing. Legate always position itself as a market leader to create products that are unique and long last.
It all started in the year 2000, Legate was formally known as “Securi-Tech" which specialized in automated gates and security systems.
Towards the end of 2007, Our other flagship product called the invisible grille is created after 2 years of product research and development. The invisible grille is developed based on the lifestyle and safety that Singaporean wants and need. It is a new form of safety grille that provides the safety and yet it doesn't affect the external facade unlike conventional grille.
