Responsibilities
Job Description
- Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly
- Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system
- Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board
- Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
