FOH Outlet Manager : Oversee outlet operations, achieve sales targets, manage manpower and scheduling, develop team members, ensure excellent customer service, and control costs. (80% hand on)

FOH Assistant Manager : Support outlet operations, supervise daily activities, coach staff, handle customer concerns, ensure SOP compliance, and assist in achieving sales targets.(100% hand on)

FOH Management Trainee (MT): Learn all aspects of retail operations, support customer service, merchandising, daily outlet operations, and develop management capabilities.(100% hand on)

FOH Senior Service Crew : Deliver excellent customer service, lead service crew, ensure product display standards, assist with staff training, and maintain outlet cleanliness.

FOH Service Crew : Welcome customers, provide friendly service, operate POS/ cashier, replenish product displays, maintain cleanliness, and follow company SOPs.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
