Beauty & Wellness Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Beauty & Wellness Consultants to join our growing spa team. You will be responsible for providing professional consultations, recommending suitable beauty and wellness treatments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Attend to customers and understand their beauty and wellness needs

Provide consultations on facial and body treatments

Recommend suitable treatments and spa packages

Explain treatment benefits, promotions and packages

Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships

Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals

Coordinate with therapists and receptionists to ensure smooth customer experiences

Maintain a professional and welcoming spa environment

Job Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, confident and customer-oriented

Sales-driven with a positive attitude

Experience in beauty, spa or sales is an advantage

Training will be provided

Able to work weekends and public holidays based on roster
