Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily company operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor operational activities to achieve company targets.
• Manage manpower, resources and operational schedules.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and relevant procedures.
• Lead, supervise and develop the operations team.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Able to manage operational targets, manpower and resources effectively.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
