Job Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and cooking activities.
• Prepare, clean and cut ingredients according to the required menu and SOP.
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment and work areas.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing food ingredients.
• Ensure food ingredients are properly stored and handled.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist cooks with preparing and serving food when required.
• Check and maintain kitchen stock and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Follow kitchen safety, food hygiene and company SOPs.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
