Our client, an international law firm is urgently looking for a Senior Revenue Control & Billing Officer to join their office in Central, HK.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the value of unbilled time and ensure WIP gets turned into a bill quickly

Manage departmental revenue from billing through to cash, including regular review of aged WIP and ensure the billing opportunities are identified and progressed in a timely manner

Communicate with partners on unbillable WIP, including write-offs where appropriate

Act as the lead of e-billing requirements in HK, including submission of invoices through client platforms, resolution of queries and management of rejections

Support the collection team and matter partners on billing and revenue queries in order to facilitate efficient cash collection

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder with at least 4 years in billing and revenue control areas

Knowledge in credit control is a plus

With professional firms working exposure is a definite advantage

Hands on skills in managing e-billing platforms

Strong communicate and interpersonal skills
