Responsibilities
Inspection & Lab Testing
Assist in arranging product testing and inspections according to company and customer requirements.
Follow up with testing laboratories and inspection agencies on schedules and report status.
Maintain testing records and file test reports, inspection reports, and related documents.
Report any failed or abnormal test results to the Senior QA staff for further action.
Customer Compliance Support
Assist in preparing compliance documents requested by customers, such as:
Test Reports
Declarations of Conformity (DoC)
Product compliance forms
Update and maintain customer compliance records and online portals when required.
Support the QA team in meeting customer compliance requirements.
Product Development Support
Assist the QA team in product safety and compliance reviews during product development.
Support packaging, artwork, instruction manual, and labeling checks according to applicable standards and company requirements.
Assist in product evaluation and sample reviews as assigned.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain QA documentation and filing systems.
Keep records of laboratory invoices, test reports, inspection reports, and related correspondence.
Assist in compiling and organizing technical documents, including:
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Technical drawings
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Other compliance-related documents
General Support
Provide administrative and coordination support to the QA department.
Perform other QA-related duties as assigned by the Senior QA Staffs.
Benefit
Selected candidates will be invited to join IMC Toys HK's young & dynamic team (office in TST East), and will be offered an attractive package, including:
Competitive salary (conditional 13 months pay)
4.5 days work (from 09:30am to 06:30pm)
15 days annual paid leave (+1 additional day for each 3-year period)
Group medical and life insurance plan after 6 months period
