Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic inventory management plans, policies, and SOPs to ensure effective stock control across all outlets and HQ.
• Lead and manage the Inventory Control Department, overseeing team performance, manpower planning, and departmental objectives.
• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs to drive inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and accountability.
• Oversee inventory audit programmes, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention strategies to minimise operational and financial risks.
• Evaluate inventory performance, identify control weaknesses, and implement strategic improvements and preventive measures.
• Ensure effective inventory system governance, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise inventory processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational productivity.
• Collaborate with Department Heads and Operations Managers to align inventory control strategies with overall business objectives.
• Present departmental performance, inventory risks, audit findings, and strategic recommendations to Senior Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and performance reporting.
• Experience in retail inventory management, stock auditing, risk management, and internal control is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
