We are looking for a Product Engineer who enjoys turning engineering designs into reliable, manufacturable automation systems. In this role, you will be involved across the full product delivery journey—reviewing designs, preparing manufacturing documentation, resolving technical issues, and supporting site installation through to customer acceptance.

Your impact

• Assess customer and internal engineering information for manufacturability, helping identify and resolve issues before they affect production.
• Ensure system BOMs are complete, accurate, and current by working closely with customer or DED engineers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Planning to maintain accurate MM/BOM records in SAP.
• Develop and document efficient manufacturing workflows and Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs).
• Provide timely technical support during manufacturing to help products meet customer acceptance standards.
• Guide and train the Site Installation team to handle technical challenges during installation and commissioning.
• Partner with Operations and site teams to keep projects on track and meet customer targets.
• Collaborate with customer, DED, and supplier engineers to ensure systems meet specifications and component issues are resolved effectively.

What you bring

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation tooling and control engineering.
• Practical ability to design workflows and convert them into clear, usable manufacturing documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for site installation and commissioning support.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
