Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Georgetown. The Relationship Manager builds and maintains long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients, serving as a primary contact for investment and brokerage services. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, proposing suitable financial solutions, handling account inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions. The role also involves monitoring market developments, updating clients on relevant opportunities or risks, and supporting client onboarding and documentation. Relationship Managers are expected to meet performance targets, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information, understand capital markets, and explain investment products clearly.
• Proficiency in organizing client portfolios, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
• Comfort working with digital tools, trading platforms, and basic office software.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in banking, brokerage, or financial advisory roles is beneficial.
• Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.
