POSITION 1: Device42 Consultant

Salary: RM 8,000–10,000 per month

Job Summary

The Tooling Engineer will manage enterprise IT tools and integrations, improve operational efficiency, and automate repetitive infrastructure and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade enterprise IT tools.
• Integrate monitoring, ITSM, configuration management, and automation platforms.
• Develop scripts and workflows to automate routine operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot tool-related incidents, integration failures, and performance issues.
• Manage tool access, configurations, and operational standards.
• Support platform testing, upgrades, and change management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IT processes through automation.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience administering enterprise IT tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, monitoring tools, automation frameworks, or configuration management solutions.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
