We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects, including construction, renovation, and infrastructure development.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
• Estimate project costs, material requirements, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize material wastage.
• Identify technical issues, site challenges, and potential project risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, engineering standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Review contractor work and verify measurements, quantities, and work completion.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and project handover activities.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, technical documentation, and project updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, or project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural drawings, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant engineering software.
• Familiarity with project planning and monitoring tools such as MS Project will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
• PEC registration will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of site supervision and contractor management.
