Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
• Follow up with potential customers, recommend suitable products, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage customer information, order details, and follow-ups through our CRM system.
• Host TikTok and Facebook Live sessions for approximately 2 hours daily.
• Assist with promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
• Use AI tools to support customer communication and daily sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience in online sales, retail, customer service, or live hosting is an advantage.
• Willing to appear on camera and learn live hosting.
• Comfortable with follow-ups and handling customer questions.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those interested in building a career in sales.
