a) To report daily directly to Project Manager and / or General Manager via WhatsApp with photos or other approved methods.

b) To review design, optimization and provide technical support.

c) To coordinate the design between Mechanical & Electrical, Architectural, Civil & System and Structural disciplines.

d) To ensure design are comply to the standards and guidelines.

e) To provide M&E cost estimation.

f) To work together with Sub-Contractors, Consultants, and clients on design solutions.

g) To co-ordinate with local authority.

h) To coordinate all M & E scope such as electrical, telephone, fire protection, air conditioning, plumbing, sewerage, ELV and PA systems.

i) To ensure timely completion as per schedule.

j) To submit RFI, SRF, RIN and Shop drawing to M&E Consultant.

k) Conduct meeting with Nominated Subcontractors.

l) Any ad hoc duties as assign by the management.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
