The Role

Reporting to the Global MLRO, you will collaborate with compliance teams across Asia, Europe and the US, supporting client onboarding, due diligence and ongoing transaction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC, client due diligence and counterparty risk assessments.
• Review client documentation, screening results and risk profiles.
• Perform digital wallet screening and investigate on-chain transaction monitoring alerts.
• Assess high-risk clients, PEPs and counterparties, identifying potential AML, fraud and sanctions concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and escalate compliance issues where necessary.
• Collaborate with global compliance teams and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in KYC, client due diligence or a related compliance role.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions or on-chain transaction monitoring is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with a globally distributed team.
